If you think all coffee tastes the same, Al Barakah Café Touba will change your mind in one sip. Al Baraka Café Touba stand out due to its unique blend of Ivorian robusta beans combined with a note of a local spice ‘Jaar’ also known as grain of selim or guinea pepper and cloves. Ivorian coffee is known for its bold, earthy flavors and full body. Jaar, in the Senegalese language Wolof, comes from the dried fruit of the Xylopia aethiopica plant. It has a spicy, bitter, and almost smoky flavor with a nutmeg aftertaste. No Additive only coffee ‘n’ spices.
