Delivery

Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the order process, within the timeframe indicated on the order confirmation page. In the event of a shipping delay, an email will be sent to you to inform you of any impact on the delivery time indicated to you. In accordance with legal provisions, in the case of a delivery delay, you have the option to cancel the order under the terms .

If you type your address incorrectly, and we haven’t shipped your product yet, please contact us at sales@albarakacafetouba.com.

Please note: customers are responsible for any additional duties, taxes and fees that may incur related to international shipping. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Al Baraka has no control over these charges.

If your goods do not arrive within the below stated times we will resend free of charge via the original postage method or at our discretion using a tracked service. We used Royal Mail as our preferred Delivery agent.

 Delivery options

 Royal Mail 24hr = 5 working days (delivery aim is 1-2 working days, though Royal Mail currently state please allow 1-8 days).

Royal Mail 48hr = 8 working days (delivery aim is 2-3 working days)

Next-Day Courier / Royal Mail Special Delivery = 2 working days (delivery aim is 1 working day)

International Services = Please check with us before ordering, but typically we’ll resend your goods if they don’t arrive after double the times stated by The Royal Mail.
