Refunds
We hope you will be completely satisfied with any product purchased from us, but if you wish to return a product to us, we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible. Any item may be returned for any reason within 30 days from the date of despatch for a full refund (less postage costs). Please indicate on your delivery note the item(s) you are returning and the reason. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and it’s unused with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return labels are not provided and the customer will have to return their order at their own expense.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please be aware that return postage fees cannot be refunded. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Checklist for returning items
* Contact us by e-mail to request permission to return the goods. Please remember us your invoice number with details of the fault
* Please indicate on your delivery note the item(s) you are returning and the reason.
* Goods should be returned via an insured, traceable service to reach us on or before the 30th day after the goods were originally dispatched to you.
* Please make sure goods are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.
